Experience the ultimate wildlife adventure, by embarking on three extraordinary safaris - by land in Kruger National Park, by boat and land on the Okavango Delta and by boat on the Chobe River. Visit the world’s most magnificent waterfalls – Victoria Falls – one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. From a tour of Freedom Park and Mandela’s family museum to cruises on the Zambezi River and shopping in local markets, this is a spectacular adventure in exotic nature and culture.
Day 1 Pretoria
Arrive in South Africa's capital city, where we will transfer to our joining hotel. Later in the evening we will have a tour briefing to meet our Tour Leader and fellow travelers.
Day 2 Pretoria (B,D)
We will enjoy a full day tour, exploring South Africa's cultural heritage and history including Soweto, the Mandela Family Museum and then proceed to Pretoria to visit Freedom Park. Later in the day, we will enjoy traditional Afrikaans cuisine when we dine with a local middle-class Afrikaner family.
Day 3 Graskop (B)
Leaving Pretoria, we will head due East towards Mpumalanga, en route taking in the sights of the world famous Panorama Route, including the Blyde River Canyon, Bourke's Luck Potholes, God's Window and some beautiful waterfalls. We will also stop in the historic mining town of Pilgrims Rest and explore its quaint streets. Be on the lookout for passing telephone poles and dead trees to see raptors, crowned eagles, snake eagles or falcons. Take the opportunity to purchase some souvenirs from the local vendors found along the way. We will continue on to Graskop, a picturesque little town situated close to the top of the escarpment. The Graskop Hotel showcases an artistic experience where each room features the work of a contemporary South African artist.
Day 4 Manyeleti (B,D)
This morning we will head to the Hoedspruit Research & Breeding Station in the Kapama private game reserve where we will get the opportunity to get up close and personal with the world's fastest land animal, the cheetah. In the early afternoon, we will arrive at the Shalati Adventure Lodge and settle in. Today, we will enjoy an open vehicle game drive in Manyeleti Private Game Reserve in search of the Big 5: elephant, rhino, leopard, lion and buffalo. In the evening, we will enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the lodge then check out the stars at Manyeleti - "the Place of the Stars" in the tranquility of the African bush.
Day 5 Kruger National Park (B)
We will leave the lodge and stop in Shalati village to visit with a school where we will interact with the local children and villagers. We will transfer through Kruger National Park in our own vehicle, making our way south towards Nkambeni tented camp. En route, we will stop at the Skukuza camp to visit the Stevenson-Hamilton Memorial Museum to learn more about the history of Kruger National Park. Tonight, we will spend the night in one of the camps in the park.
Day 6 Johannesburg (B,D)
Today, we will drive back to the Johannesburg/Pretoria area for our overnight stay at Lesedi African Lodge & Cultural Village. Learn more about five of the African cultures (Zulu, Xhosa, Basuto, Ndebele & Pedi) while on a tour of the villages. After, we will enjoy an African dinner, sampling some local specialties. We will then spend the night in tribal African inspired accommodations.
Day 7 Moremi Wildlife Reserve / Okavango Delta (B,D)
We will depart for the O R Tambo Airport for your flight from Johannesburg to Botswana (Maun). We will then journey overland from Maun Airport to Moremi South Gate Entrance. Once in the park, we will enjoy the game-drive until we reach our designated camping ground. Here, we will enjoy pre-dinner refreshments and have dinner under the stars and relax around the camp fire. Listen to the calls of the hyenas and lions before retiring for the night. For the next 2 nights we will tap into our adventurous spirit, staying in a mobile safari tented camp area in the Moremi Wildlife Reserve. We will spend 2 days observing bird life and game viewing in the pristine wilderness area of the Moremi Wildlife Reserve in the Okavango Delta, the world's largest inland delta.
Day 8 Moremi Wildlife Reserve / Okavango Delta (B,L,D)
We will wake up early and enjoy tea, coffee & snacks before departing on our morning game drive. We will arrive back at camp in the late morning to enjoy brunch to be followed by a siesta period. We then depart again at around 15h30 for an afternoon game drive and sunset river cruise. Back at camp, we will enjoy dinner under the stars.
Day 9 Kasane / Chobe (B)
We will wake early for breakfast before departing on a game drive which will take us back to the South Gate for your return to Maun, where we will board our flight to Kasane, then transfer to our Lodge near Chobe National Park. In the late afternoon we will indulge in a sundowner boat cruise and view elephants and other wildlife having their evening drinks on the shores of the river, a truly memorable experience.
Day 10 Livingstone (B)
Get an early start for an optional game-drive in the Chobe National Park and yet another opportunity to spot big game and the little ones too. We then cross over the river via ferry into Zambia and continue on to Livingstone. In the afternoon, we will travel to view the mist rise up from Victoria Falls and hear the thunderous roar as the falls drop vertically over 150 meters down into the gorge. This amazing natural wonder is locally known as Mosi-oa-Tunya "The Smoke that Thunders".
Day 11 Livingstone (B)
Today, we will enjoy the sights and sounds of the bustling town of Livingstone, optional activities today can include a visit the African Impact Project. Take a walk through the local curio markets and meet some of the friendly Zambians or partake in an adrenaline fueled river raft around Victoria Falls. Later in the evening, we will enjoy a farewell boat cruise on the mighty Zambezi River.
Day 12 Livingstone (B)

Inca Trail Status - For Peru trips that involve hiking the Inca Trail permits often sell out many months in advance. Permits can either be available, on request or sold out. If sold out, then you can either take a different hiking route to Machu Picchu or extend your stay in Cuzco and visit Machu Picchu by train. We recommend the sooner you book your trip the better.

- Please refer to your invoice for a recap of the total cost of services and tours you have requested. Once you have confirmed that your booking details are correct, it is time to book.
- “Hold an option,” means you will have 48 hours to decide, without being charged on your credit card. If you do not confirm, we will release your space for someone else.
- On most tours you can “hold an option” with a credit card or “confirm a booking”.
- Confirming a booking means your credit card will be charged the deposit amount of your tour. The following are the amounts: CAD 250, AUD 250, NZD 250, USD 250, GBP 100, EUR 250.
- Note that you will be charged the full tour amount if your booking request is within 60 days of departure.

- Immunizations and travel health issues: Be sure to get the most accurate and up-to-date health information for the region you will be visiting. Check with your general physician or a specialist from your local travel health clinic.
- Good Health Practices: Adjusting to new climates and cultural conditions can cause some minor complications. This guide will help you stay healthy while you travel.
- Travel Insurance: Be sure to acquire the necessary travel insurance before your trip. You will not be allowed to participate without showing proof of adequate coverage.
- Packing Tips: Create your own packing list based on your destination, accommodations, weather and tour activities. Leave jewelery at home and keep makeup to a minimum. Travel size toiletries stored in a waterproof kit are recommended. Pack once…divide it in half and pack again. (Please verify weight and carry on restrictions with your airline carrier.)
