To help you choose the adventure that’s right for you, each of our trips is carefully evaluated based on its physical demands. Use the following grading system to find the trip that’s right for you.
- 1- You'll have to walk around on your own, climb hotel steps and carry your own bag.
- 2- Light walking and hiking. Suitable for most fitness levels.
- 3- May include outdoor endeavours like hiking, biking, rafting, or kayaking. Requires an average level of fitness.
- 4- Possibly includes high altitude hiking of up to eight hours per day or activities of a similar nature. Requires an elevated level of fitness.
- 5- Features demanding high altitude treks or cycling. Suitable for those with a high level of physical fitness and endurance.
Please note: Many of our adventures include only one element that may affect the physical grading. You may be able to choose not to participate. For specific trip details, refer to each individual tour or contact your G Adventures specialist.
